Flexfoil CAD-CUT sports film by STAHLS - DIN A4 sheet
Polyurethane (PU) Flexfoil with adhesive backing, therefore ideal for small and fine details. This foil can be printed on in 5 seconds and the backing can be removed while hot. High opacity and matte finish. Easy cutting and weeding. Suitable for multi-colored prints.
This Flexfoil is suitable for:
- 100% cotton
- 100% polyester *
- Polyester-cotton blend

Cut settings
Please always test the cut settings before production. Please remember that the settings depend on the age of the blade used. To ensure optimal processing of the material, please only plot logos with a minimum line thickness of 1 mm.
Printing instructions
- Temperature: 130 ° C / 150 ° C
- Time: 10 sec. / 5 sec.
- Pressure: Medium
- (# 4-6 at Hotronix®)
- Backing: removeable while hot
Multi-colored motifs
First plot the background for 3-5 seconds, then remove the backing with cold water. Repeat the process for each additional color. Plot the last color for 13-15 seconds. Then remove the backing while hot.
Care instructions and storage
Washable up to 60 ° C. Please do not use fabric softeners or bleach. Can be ironed over directly. Always store foils in a cool, dry environment. Avoid direct heat or sunlight.
